Montessori Staff Training Workshops & Nursery Set-Up
Rochelle provides Montessori Staff Training Workshops to help your nursery practitioners create environments where children can be independent and creative, whilst developing language, coordination and life skills using Montessori activities and techniques.
Nursery practitioners will discover many simple ways to create an effective Montessori classroom and understand the essential Montessori philosophies that underpin each activity.
- She will help you arrange the classrooms in clear and orderly ways, allowing accessibility and independence for every child.
- She can leave you with plenty of activity suggestions for every area of learning.
- Staff will feel gently supported to go forward with confidence and enthusiasm about our Montessori pedagogy.
Rochelle has many years experience training staff and supporting parents. She understands the most important aspects staff need to know for confidence and to understand how to support each child’s needs.
- Montessori staff training workshops are available in 3-hour or 6-hour sessions (minimum of 4 participants).
- Rochelle travels throughout London and England as required. Please note there will be additional charges for travel costs.
