Montessori Staff Training Workshops
Rochelle provides Montessori Staff Training Workshops to help your nursery practitioners create environments where children can be independent and creative, whilst developing language, coordination and life skills using Montessori activities and techniques.
Nursery practitioners will discover many simple ways to create an effective Montessori classroom and understand the essential Montessori philosophies that underpin each activity.
She will help you arrange the classrooms in clear and orderly ways, allowing accessibility and independence for every child. She can leave you with plenty of activity suggestions for every area of learning. Staff will feel gently supported to go forward with confidence and enthusiasm about our Montessori pedagogy.
Rochelle has many years experience training staff and supporting parents. She understands the most important aspects staff need to know for confidence and to understand how to support each child’s needs.
Workshop prices are £50 per person, per 3-hour session. Contact Rochelle for more information and to book your session. She travels throughout London, East England and Hertfordshire as required. Please note there may be additional charges for travel costs.

2017: Setting up the Nido, Infant Community and Children’s House at Cambridge Montessori.
2018:
Working with Nido Montessori to set up their brand new Nido and Infant Community environments. Set up of the new classrooms and staff training.
